APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-06: Todd Gagnier, north side of Munger (29634)
between Oporto and Middlebelt, seeking to construct an attached garage addition,
resulting in deficient front yard setback.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-07: Nathan Bosscher, east side of Farmington
(16382) between Bell Creek and Bloomfield, seeking to maintain an accessory building
“lean-to” addition, resulting in excess area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-08: Katherine Lozon, west side of Floral (18111)
between Lathers and Curtis, seeking to erect a detached garage while maintaining an
attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages, garage area and excess height.
The shed and storage tent/tarp will be removed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-09: Kristen Hjelmstad, north side of Bainbridge
(14006) between Hubbell and Perth, seeking to raze the existing attached garage and
construct a new attached garage with a second story, resulting in deficient corner side
yard setback.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-10: Al and Geraldine Walker, north side of
Greenland (30110) between Henry Ruff and Middlebelt, seeking to construct an
attached garage via breezeway while maintaining the existing attached garage, resulting
in excess number of garages and garage area. The existing shed (390 sq. ft.) is to remain.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-11: Lori and Dennis Girard, south side of Western
Golf (27609) between Cavell and Lyons, seeking to store a commercial trailer in the
front driveway, which is not allowed. Commercial vehicles and/or trailers must be stored
in the garage if on residential property.
