HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBA AGENDA 2019-04-30 AGENDA Zoning Board of Appeals CITY OF LIVONIA (734) 466-2259 April 30, 2019 – 7:00 p.m. Livonia City Hall – Auditorium (1st Floor) APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-01-03 (Tabled on February 26, 2019): Larry Conn, Jr., south side of Puritan (30551) between Merriman and Henry Ruff, seeking to erect an attached garage via breezeway to an existing dwelling, resulting in deficient east side yard setback. Also, the existing two accessory buildings are to remain, which creates an excess in the proposed attached garage size of 1,000 square feet where only 720 square feet would be allowed. No accessory buildings are allowed for a 1,000 square foot attached garage. APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-04-15: David Mowett, south side of Five Mile (29005) between Paderewski and Haller, seeking to store a commercial utility trailer on residential property not housed within the garage. All commercial vehicles and trailers must be kept within a garage or stored off the premises. In accordance with Title II of the American with Disabilities Act as it pertains to access to Public Meetings, the Zoning Board of Appeal’s Office of the City of Livonia upon adequate notice, will make reasonable accommodations for persons with special needs.
