LIVONIA CITY COUNCIL – MAY 13, 2019

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Toy. Present: Brandon Kritzman, Scott Bahr, Cathy White, Kathleen McIntyre, Brian Meakin, and Laura Toy. Absent: Jim Jolly.
#169-19 Resolution by White and Kritzman, approving waiver petition submitted by Wade Shows, Inc. to conduct a carnival in the parking lot of Sears from May 16, 2019 through May 28,
2019, inclusive. (Petition 2019-02-02-01)
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Kritzman, Bahr, White, McIntyre, Meakin, and Toy.
NAYS: None.
AUDIENCE COMMUNICATION None.
By Meakin and McIntyre, unanimously adopted, adjourning this 253rd Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia at 7:03 p.m. on May 13, 2019.
