HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBA AGENDA 2019-09-10 REVISED AGENDA Zoning Board of Appeals CITY OF LIVONIA (734) 466-2259 September 10, 2019 – 7:00 p.m. Livonia City Hall – Gallery (5th Floor) APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-07-32 (Tabled on July 16, 2019): Krzysztof Sroka, north side of Greenland (30870), between Puritan and Henry Ruff, seeking to erect a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and garage area. The existing shed will be removed. APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-08-37: Metro-Man IV, LLC, north side of Plymouth (28910), between Haller and Camden, seeking to replace the existing ground sign with another ground sign that has an electronic message center, resulting in excess sign height, area, length and excess area of the electronic message center portion. APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-09-39: Doan and Joshua Walker, north side of Dowling (36468), between Ann Arbor Trail and JoAnne, seeking to erect a white vinyl six- foot-tall privacy fence without the approval of the east neighbor adjoining this property. Privacy fences require the approval of the adjoining property owner. Also, the fence is being proposed in both side yards, which is allowed only to enclose a side entry door up to the midpoint between the front and rear building line. No side door exists on either side of this home.
