APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-05-20 (Tabled on May 28, 2019): Williams Plating, Inc.,
east side of Merriman (13170), between Schoolcraft and Industrial, seeking to
construct an addition to the rear of an existing nonconforming industrial building, which
requires a variance. The nonconformity is based on the existing front, north and south
side yard setbacks. The setback required for both side yards is 20 feet, required for the
front yard is 50 feet.
In accordance with Title II of the American with Disabilities Act as it pertains to access to Public Meetings, the Zoning
Board of Appeal’s Office of the City of Livonia upon adequate notice, will make reasonable accommodations for persons
