APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-09-38: The Salvation Army, 5550 Prairie Stone Parkway,
Hoffman Estates, IL 60192, seeking to erect three wall signs upon a commercial
building on property located on the north side of Plymouth (33600), between
Farmington and Stark, resulting in excess number of wall signs.
ABOVE CASE CANCELLED AT PETITIONER’S REQUEST.
MAY BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-09-39: Joshua and Doan-Trang Walker, north side of
Dowling (36468), between Ann Arbor Trail and JoAnne, seeking to erect a white
vinyl six-foot-tall privacy fence without the approval of the east neighbor adjoining this
property. Privacy fences require the approval of the adjoining property owner. Also, the
fence is being proposed in both side yards, which is allowed only to enclose a side entry
door up to the midpoint between the front and rear building line. No side door exists on
either side of this home.
