APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-10-43: Ronald Kozloff, north side of Ladywood (37164),
between Newburgh and Sussex, seeking to erect a six-foot-tall vinyl privacy fence
without being able to acquire the east adjoining property owner’s approval. All privacy
fences require the adjoining property owner’s approval.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-10-44: Andrew Goodman, east side of Auburndale
(19238), between Gable and Seven Mile, seeking to erect a six-foot-tall vinyl privacy
fence without obtaining the adjoining property owner’s approval to the south of this
property and placing the fence in the side yard. Privacy fences may be located in the
side yard halfway between the front and rear building line only to enclose a side door.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-10-45: Haggerty Square, LLC, 4036 Telegraph, Ste 201,
Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302, on behalf of Lessee First Watch Restaurant, seeking to
erect a sign on the side of a multi-tenant retail complex while maintaining a sign on the
front building elevation on property located on the east side of Haggerty (19740),
between Seven Mile and Eight Mile, resulting in excess number of wall signs and wall
sign area.
