APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-09-39 (Tabled on September 24, 2019): Trang Doan and
Joshua Walker, north side of Dowling (36468), between Ann Arbor Trail and
JoAnne, seeking to erect a white vinyl six-foot-tall privacy fence without the approval
of the east neighbor adjoining this property. Privacy fences require the approval of the
adjoining property owner.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-11-46: Ashley Capital, 2575 Haggerty, Ste. 500, Canton,
MI 48188, on behalf of Lessee Roush Enterprises, 12447 Levan, Livonia, MI 48150,
seeking to maintain a temporary tent structure and fenced area for outside research and
testing on property located on the north side of Plymouth (28190) between Hartel
and Deering. Temporary tent structures and fenced in areas for testing outside are not
allowed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-10-47: Raymond Fox, west side of West Chicago (35935),
between Arthur and west end, seeking to construct a covered patio addition onto an
existing detached garage, resulting in excess garage area.
