APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-08-19: Alphonse Frascato, south side of Five Mile (37849), between Blue Skies and Houghton, seeking to erect a six-foot-tall privacy fence without a neighbor’s approval, which abuts the southwest side of the Petitioner’s rear property line.
