No privacy fence shall extend toward the front of the lot nearer than the back of the house of the person erecting the fence. APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-23: Jason Patterson, north side of Ohio (32610), between California and Colorado, seeking to maintain an above ground swimming pool, erected without a permit, resulting in the pool being deficient in setback from the west property line. APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-24: Jason Patterson, north side of Ohio (32610), between California and Colorado, seeking to maintain an existing six foot tall privacy fence, erected without a permit, without the adjoining property owners approval and erecting the fence to front of existing residence. Privacy fencing must not extend beyond the rear of the residence toward the front of the property. APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-25: Jason Patterson, north side of Ohio (32610), between California and Colorado, seeking to maintain a detached garage, erected without a permit, resulting in excess garage area. The existing shed is to be relocated to a conforming location within the rear yard. APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-26: James Tsvetanoff, east side of Levan (17688), between Bennett and Curtis, seeking to construct an attached garage addition, resulting in deficient south side yard setback (Bennett street side). In accordance with Title II of the American with Disabilities Act as it pertains to access to Public Meetings, the Zoning Board of Appeal’s Office of the City of Livonia upon adequate notice, will make reasonable accommodations for persons with special needs.
