APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-24 (Tabled on September 29, 2020): Jason Patterson, north side of Ohio (32610), between California and Colorado, seeking to maintain an existing six foot tall privacy fence, erected without a permit, without the adjoining property owners approval and erecting the fence to nearly the front of the existing residence. Privacy fencing must not extend beyond the rear of the residence toward the front of the property. APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-11-31: Joan Canagan and Timothy Funchar, south side of Capri Court (33503), between Farmington and west end, seeking to construct an uncovered rear yard deck, resulting in deficient rear yard setback. APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-11-32: St. Jude Nursing Center, Inc., 721 Elmwood Drive, Troy, MI 48083, seeking to erect a new two story senior care living facility on property located on the north side of Ann Arbor Trail (34350), between Norwich and Stark, resulting in deficient west side yard (Stark Road side) setback and excess floor area in percentage of lot area.
