APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-23 (Tabled on November 17, 2020): Jason Patterson,
north side of Ohio (32610), between California and Colorado, seeking to maintain
an above ground swimming pool, erected without a permit, resulting in the pool being
deficient in setback from the west property line.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-24 (Tabled on November 17, 2020): Jason Patterson,
north side of Ohio (32610), between California and Colorado, seeking to maintain
an existing six-foot-tall privacy fence, erected without a permit, and erecting the fence
to nearly the front of the existing residence. Privacy fencing must not extend beyond the
rear of the residence toward the front of the property.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-01-01: VPA 275, LLC, 46925 West Road, Wixom, MI
48393, on behalf of Lessee STMicroelectronics, Inc., 19111 Victor Parkway, Livonia,
MI 48152, seeking to erect an additional wall sign on the south elevation while
maintaining an existing wall sign on the west elevation and ground sign on property
located on the west side of Victor Parkway (19111), between Seven Mile and
Pembroke. This zoning district allows for one wall or ground sign for a single tenant
building.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-01-02: Best Nest Investments, LLC, 33533 West 12 Mile
Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, seeking to erect a single-family dwelling on
property located on the east side of Merriman (11018) between Orangelawn and
Plymouth, resulting in deficient lot area.
