APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-01-01 (Tabled on January 5, 2021): VPA 275, LLC,
46925 West Road, Wixom, MI 48393, on behalf of Lessee STMicroelectronics, Inc.,
19111 Victor Parkway, Livonia, MI 48152, seeking to erect an additional wall sign on
the south elevation while maintaining an existing wall sign on the west elevation and
ground sign on property located on the west side of Victor Parkway (19111), between
Seven Mile and Pembroke. This zoning district allows for one wall or ground sign for
a single tenant building.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-02-06: Bryan Garchar, south side of Ann Arbor Trail
(36549), between Dowling and Newburgh, seeking to construct an attached garage
addition and maintaining an existing accessory building (i.e., shed), resulting in excess
garage area.
