PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
1. Petition 2020-08-01-06 submitted by Middlebelt Plymouth Venture L.L.C. pursuant
to Section 23.01 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended,
requesting to rezone parts of the properties at 29707 & 30273 Plymouth Road, located
on the south side of Plymouth Road between Middlebelt Road and Milburn Avenue in
the Northeast ¼ of Section 35, from C-2 (General Business) to R-8 (High Rise Multiple
Family Residential District – Maximum 4 Stories).
2. Petition 2021-06-01-05 submitted by Belal Hourany pursuant to Section 23.01 of
the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, requesting to rezone the
properties at 27428 and 27432 Long Avenue, located on the north side of Long
Avenue between Inkster and Angling Roads in the Northeast ¼ of Section 1, from R-1,
One Family Residential – 60’ x 120’ lots to C-2, General Business.

3. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,172nd Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held
by the Planning Commission on July 13, 2021.
