Petition 2022-02-02-04 submitted by Shake Shack Michigan, L.L.C., requesting waiver use approval pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance to utilize an SDM liquor license (sale of packaged beer and wine products for consumption off the premises) in conjunction with the operation of a Class C liquor license (sale of beer, wine and spirits for consumption on the premises), previously approved for the subject property pursuant to Council Resolution #228-93, in connection with the operation of a new freestanding full-service restaurant at 39300 Seven Mile Road (Shake Shack), located on the northeast corner of Seven Mile and Haggerty Roads in the Southwest ¼ of Section 6. 2. Petition 2022-03-02-05 submitted by The Rose Entertainment Venue L.L.C., requesting waiver use approval pursuant to Section 6.51 of the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance, to operate a full-service restaurant at 27494 Grand River Avenue, located on the north side of Grand River Avenue between Inkster and Eight Mile Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1. 3. Petition 2022-03-02-06 submitted by The Rose Entertainment Venue L.L.C., requesting waiver use approval pursuant to Section 6.22 of the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance to utilize a Class C liquor license (sale of beer, wine and spirits for consumption on the premises) in connection with the operation of a new full-service restaurant at 27494 Grand River Avenue, located on the north side of Grand River Avenue between Inkster and Eight Mile Roads in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1. 4. Petition 2022-03-02-07 submitted by Clover Self Storage requesting waiver use approval pursuant to Section 6.58 of the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance to operate a truck and trailer rental business in conjunction with an existing climate- controlled, indoor self-storage facility and an outdoor storage yard for recreational vehicles at 28900 Schoolcraft Road, located on the north side of Schoolcraft Road between Inkster and Middlebelt Roads in the Southwest ¼ of Section 24. MISCELLANEOUS 5. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,184th and 1,185th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held by the Planning Commission on February 22, 2022, and March 22, 2022, respectively.
