It was decided that speed limit signs, along with “Speed Radar Enforced” signs could be placed on Hathaway. The petitioner can obtain a copy of the traffic data collected via a FOIA request. The Commission noted that canvassing the neighbors and notifying City Council regarding the intent of installing sidewalks in the neighborhood might be of benefit to not only the residents currently residing there, but to others who may pass through the neighborhood. Agenda Item 3: Louise Street near 8 Mile Road A complaint about truck traffic, noise and other items were brought to the Commission’s attention through the Mayor’s Office. Chairperson Policelli, as well as City Staff, have responded to the complaints. Extra traffic in the area was presumably due to the recent 8 Mile Road construction. No further action will be taken at this time. Agenda Item 4: Blue Skies Street between 5 Mile Road and Schoolcraft A speeding complaint was lodged with the Mayor’s Office.
