Approval of Minutes dated May 2, 2022 Motioned by Rich Skaggs seconded by Candy Little #WS 6203 06/22 RESOLVED, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 2, 2022 are hereby approved. Letter dated May 16, 2022 from Supervisor of Public Service, Subject: Request for Consideration of Bill - Charles Todd, 19035 Brentwood Motioned by Candy Little seconded by Rich Skaggs #WS 6204 06/22 RESOLVE, that after discussion with Mr. Todd the Water and Sewer Board does hereby grant effective June 6, 2022 a Twelve (12) month extension at the end of which the account will have a zero balance, including all new bills generated during that time. All late fees will be held in abeyance during this time, with the understanding that if the balance is not paid by the expiration date of this extension, all such late fees held in abeyance, plus any additional fees incurred for nonpayment will be returned to the account. Mr. Todd is requested to return after 12 months (June, 2023 meeting) to determine if six more months are warranted. If required, an M2 reading device will be installed at the residence within the next thirty days. During the Twelve (12) month payment plan, each monthly bill is to be paid in full and on time. Additionally, the Board requests that the outstanding balance that would be assigned to the 2022 Winter taxes not be consigned, provided the account is in good standing and meeting their obligations if under a payment plan agreement. A roll call vote was taken: AYES: Gierak, Skaggs, Little, Jackson, Jones NAYS: The Chairman declared the motion carried. 3. Letter dated May 24, 2022 from Supervisor of Public Service, Subject: Request for Consideration of Bill - Summer Smith, 31727 Hees Motioned by Greg Jones seconded by Valerie Jackson #WS 6205 06/22 RESOLVE, that after discussion with Ms. Smith the Water and Sewer Board does hereby grant effective June 6, 2022 a Six (6) month extension at the end of which the account will have a zero balance, including all new bills generated during that time. All late fees will be held in abeyance during this time, with the understanding that if the balance is not paid by the expiration date of this extension, all such late fees held in abeyance, plus any additional fees incurred for nonpayment will be returned to the account. Letter dated May 20, 2022 from Supervisor of Public Service, Subject: Request for Consideration of Bill - Howard Dew, 8915 Cavell Motioned by Valerie Jackson seconded by Greg Jones Page 2 REGULAR MEETING WATER & SEWER BOARD June 6, 2022 #WS 6206 06/22 RESOLVE, that after discussion with Mr. Dew the Water and Sewer Board does hereby grant effective June 6, 2022 an Eleven (11) month extension at the end of which the account will have a zero balance, including all new bills generated during that time. All late fees will be held in abeyance during this time, with the understanding that if the balance is not paid by the expiration date of this extension, all such late fees held in abeyance, plus any additional fees incurred for nonpayment will be returned to the account. Letter dated May 16, 2022 from Supervisor of Public Service, Subject: Request for Consideration of Bill - Gregory Errigo, 15510 Surrey Motioned by Candy Little seconded by Greg Jones #WS 6207 06/22 RESOLVE, that after discussion with Mr. Errigo the Water and Sewer Board does hereby grant effective June 6, 2022 a Twenty-four (24) month extension at the end of which the account will have a zero balance, including all new bills generated during that time. All late fees will be held in abeyance during this time, with the understanding that if the balance is not paid by the expiration date of this extension, all such late fees held in abeyance, plus any additional fees incurred for nonpayment will be returned to the account. At the request of the petitioner, the account at 15510 Surrey will be put on a “payment plan”, whereby the account will receive monthly versus quarterly billings from now on. Letter dated April 16, 2021 from Supervisor of Public Service, Subject: Request for Consideration of Bill - Dawn Jones, 9017 Newport Way Motioned by Rich Skaggs seconded by Candy Little #WS 6208 06/22 RESOLVE, the Water and Sewer Board does hereby grant effective June 6, 2022 a Twelve (12) month extension at the end of which the account will have a zero balance, including all new bills generated during that time. All late fees will be held in abeyance during this time, with the understanding that if the balance is not paid by the expiration date of this extension, all such late fees held in abeyance, plus any additional fees incurred for nonpayment will be returned to the account.
