Hearing of the Livonia Township Planning Board held as
advertised in the Livonian in the Newburg School at 8:00 P.M.
Meeting was called t o order by Carson Johnst on .
Members present were as f ollou s:
Carson Johnston , Chairman
William Penske
George Bentley
Harry S. Wolfe
T. Glenn Phillips
Kenneth Parker, Assistant to T. Glenn Phillips
Mr. Kenneth Parker explained how the Board had planned to
zone Sections 29, 30, 31, and 32 of Livonia Township.
Mr. G. A. Bakewell and Jesse Thomas were the only other
parties present at the hearing. After the explanation these
parties saw no objections to the plan as set up by the Planning
Board.
There being no more discussion, the hearing adjourned.

A meeting of the Planning Board was called to order at
9 P.M. by Carson Johnson, Chairman, following the hearing at the
Newburg School.

The Chairman explained that the hearing just held was the
last hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance, to be he ld by
the Planning Board as required by law and set by the Township
