August' 26, 1941.
Organization meeting of the appointed members of the Livonia
Township Planning Board was held at the Township Nall, August 26,,1941.
Members present were as follows:
Carson Johnston
George Bentley
William Fenske
Members absent:
William Lomas
George Bentley appointed T. Glenn Phillips, Planning Consultant
for the Township Board, as temporary chairman.
Its. Phillips announced that it was in order to elect the officers
of the Board.
Moved by George Bentley, supported by William Fenske , that
Carson Johnston be elected president. No opposition. Carried.
Moved by William Fenske, supported by Carson Johnston, that
George Bentley be elected secretary. No opposition. Carried.
Moved by George .Bentley, supported by William Fenske, that
Harry S. Wolfe be elected assistant secretary. No opposition.
Carried.
Moved by George Bentley, supported by William Fen ske`, that
the meeting be adjourned. Carried.
