HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLANNING MINUTES 1942-02-06MEETING OF THE LIVONIA ToWNS•HIP PLANNING BOARD February 6, 1942. Meeting of the Livonia Township Planning Board was held at Harry S. 'Wolfe's office. Called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Carson Johnston, Chairman,. Members. present were as follows: T. Glenn Phillips, Planner Kenneth. Parker, Assistant Planner Carson Johnston George Bentley William Fenske Jesse Ziegler Harry S. Wolfe Kenneth Parker explained the way he and T. Glenn Phillips had planned the zoning of the Township in conformity with discussion at previous dates. After lengthy discussion, motion was made by William Penske that the Planning Board recommend to the Township Board that a hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance be held on March 6, 1942 at the Clar.enceville School at 8:00 P.M. for Sections 1, 2, 11, and 12, and a baring at the Pierson School March 13, 1942 for Sections 3 to 10 inclusive at 8:00 P.M. Supported by George Bentley. Carried. It was decided that the Board would attend the Tax Payers' Association meeting, held Wednesday evening, February llth, and also have a meeting with Mr. May of the Pere Marquette Railroad on Friday evening, February 13th, at 8:00 P.M., regarding the proposed Zonin g Ordi nance There being no further business, motion was made by George Bentley, supported by William Penske, that meeting be adjourned.
