PLANNING BOARD
July 19, 1943
Meeting of the Livonia Township Planning Commission was
held at the Township Hall, July 19, 1943.
Members present were as follows:
Carson Johnston
George Isbell
William Fenske
Mr. T. Glenn Phillips was also present.
The question came up regarding a plat, the same being land
described as:
The South 60 acres of the North 70 acres of
the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
33, Livonia Township, Wayne County, Michigan.
Moved by William Fenske, supported by George Bentley, that said
plat be accepted providing owners make a dedication of 60 feet on the East
and 43 feet on the West. Carried.
The secretary was instructed to inform owner that the Planning
Commission changed the required width of the section line on the West
line of said property from 120 feet to 86 feet due to the fact that
Wayne Road was being used as a main road. Width of Wayne Road would
be increased to 120 feet.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
