Meeting called to order at 8.30 pm, Mr. Johnston presiding: Cass #1 Mr. Graham, ViMatian . Built chicken house without permission. Did not conform to code. Action taken: Board to investigate premesis by personal inspection. Case #2.: Campbell Construction 80., No representative appeared. Cane #3 Mr. Sam Dickey. 13.531 Farmington Road.. Violation. Outside Toilet —Notice posted . disregarded. Action: Moved by Bentley seconded by Fenske that Dickey be allowed thirty days to remove building. Motion carried. Case #4 Taylores super Market - Joy Road: No representative appeared. Case #5 Andrew Sokolay, 28245 Seven Mile Road. Violation: Conducting a gararge in nonconforming district: Says bought with understanding that garargo business could be continued. Purchased through William Shaw, from Darwin Wykoff . Motion made by Isbell to give new owner thirty days to make arrangements for pa40tion to extend business district to,include his property. Seconded by Johnston.Carried. Case.#6 Joseph Novak, 31215 Seven Mira. Violation: Keeping Hogs. Motion b, Bentley, seconded by Whiteley that Mr. Novak be given until Oct 1st 1943 to dispose of hogs .. Carried. Case #7 Mr. Christianson, 30436 & a Mile Road: Offense building chicken ritouee without permit: Motion by Isbell Thar Mr. White/ey make inspection and if building complies with the code that retroactive permit be granted. Seconded by Fenske. Carried. Case #8 Jacob Ricketts , 33404 Plymouth Road. Violation Building non conforming building at Plymouth & Farmington Road without permit. Motion by Isbell that Mr. Ricketts discontinue living in building by Nov, 1st and be allowed to use buiding until Nov. 30th 1943 to market his produce. Seconded by Fenske . Carried. Mr. Ricketts agreed to above. Further action: Upon discussion it was moved by Fenske, seconded by Isbell that the cases of Taylor Wiper Market and the Campbell Construction Co. be referred to the Township Board for further action. Motion Carried. Motion by Fenske, seconded by Isbell that meeting be adjourned. Curried: Motion by Penske, seconded by Bentleybe retenveined -carried. On consideration the board was undecided as to action taken at lust meeting regarding the change from residence frontage in New Detroit Subdivision on Plymouth Road. Or in other words a change from an rml district to a c-1 district. On mothion by Mr. Penske, seconded by Geroge Bentley. it was passes that that said district to changed from an r-1 to a cal districts and, that this matter be referred to the Township Board. Moved by Mr. Penske, Seconded by Mr. Bentley that meeting be adjourned .. Carried.
