Minutes of meeting of Livonia Township Planning Board, held
at Livonia Township Hall, Aug. 16, 1945.
Present, Chairman Tohnaton, all members of the board and Attorney
John. B. Ambrose.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On Motion by George N. Bentley, seconded by George 1. Isbell
Mr. Wm. Fenske was requested to notify the President of the
Livonia Tax Payer's Aasooiat;on of the place and date of each
of the publio hearings to be held on the proposed new zoning
ordinance and map. Motion carried.. Mr. Fenske agreed to make
the notification.
• motion was made by g. 1. Isbell, seconded by Mr. Fenske
authorizing Attorney .Ambrose to have notices printed, giving
place and dates of public hearings to be held on the prpposed
new ordinanoe and map. Motion carried
On motion by Q. L. Isbell, seconded by G. N. Bentley it was
agreed to request Chief of Police, air. Ray uwnns to distribute
said printed notices in prominent plaoes throughout the Town—
ship, such as stores and publio gathering places. Motion parried.
Mr. Owens agreed to distribute the notices.
On motion by. G. N. Bentley, seoonded by Mr. Fenske, meeting
was adjourned to meet next at the Public Hearing at Pierson
school, Tuesday evening at 8 pm. aug. 21st 1945.
