Minutes of Public Hearing, Livonia Township Planning Board, held at
Livonia rowhship Hall, 8 o'clock A4. ag, 23rd 1945.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Johnaton at 8.10 P. m. with
all board members present, Attorney Ambrose, Lngineer Johnston amd Mrs.
Margo Litt, whose services were engaged to take notes on the meeting sad
said notes are to become apart of these minutes. The Township Hall
was orowded and the people extended to the outside of the building.
Chairman Johnston explained the history of zoning in Linonia Township,
introduced all board members, Attorney Ambrose, /eengineer Johnson and
Mrs. Ott. Then, with the proposed new zoning Maps on display he
explained all of the various use designations,suoh as R-1, c-1, C-2
etc. Chairman Johnston then requested the pubilo to make suggestions.
These public remarks were taken down by Mrs. Ott in shorthand and
all proposed changes or alterations on the proposed new zoning map
are contained in her notes and are a part of these minutes.
The meeting was oloaed at 11.20 P. M. and then, on motion by Mr.
George N. Bentley, seoonded by Mr. Fenske the Planning Board adjourned
until Thursday, Aug. 30th on whioh date the thud and. final Publio
Baring is scheduled at St. Miohaelts Parish Hall, Rosedale Gardens,
vkivonie Township. fleeting to begin at 8 o'clock P. M4, Motion carried,
