'"m.. : enske, acting as chairman, kr. Paul 3pehar, 30340 Joy '(oad, appeared in connection with request for a permit to add 101x16' addition to poultry house. Old poultry house has been in use over ten years. This addition world still leave poultry house within lot line limits under Building lode. Old building operating as non -conforming use. On motion by Mr. Bentley, seconded by Mr. Isbell, recnumendation was made that permit be issued. Motion carried. Mr. prank J. tie.ykovich, 19320 'Bathers, appeared before the Board on instructions of Building. Inspector 'ay Owens.. Ho had built a foundation fit:hin s'_i.x feet of lot line for a poultry house, in view of the fast that his property runs back along a creek in such a way that it is improbable any residence will be built very near said poultry house and the further fact he presented written permission(attached to these minutes) for 6ai.d, poultry house signed by his neighbor on the six foot side, it was moved by Mr. Isbell, seconded by Mr„ -Bentley, that Building Permit be Issued. Motion carried. Mr. C. M. Kitchens 27535 Long Avenue, appeared with plan for a residence and garage to be erected at above address. Plan was changed to provide 4' lot lane and East side and 3' lot line on garage on West side. On motion. by Yr. Bentley, seconded by ear. Isbell, it is recoinnanded that plans as changed be approved and permit issued.. Mr. Clayton Ross, presented plan for garage at 9992 Cavell. fat wall already installed 2'6" from lot line. On motion by i"ir. Bentley seconded be ;air, Isbell, it was recommended that permit for plan pa submitted. be approved and permit be issued., Motion 'Carried, Plan for Garage to be erected at 11025 Cranston by Mr, Merriman was submitted by Building Inspector Ray -Owens. Said building to be only 18" from lot line. Mr. Merriman. claims his n.eighbor.s' fence is 6" over Mr. klerrlrnans' lot line. And claims he has verified thlo by R survey, On motion by Mr. Bentley, seconded by Mr. Isbell it was recommended that building permit for _plan as submitted be approved. Motion carried.
