Minutes of Publio Hearing by the Livonia Township Planning Board

Meeting was opened at 8.05 P.

Chairman Johnston first thanked thw Bev. Father Contway for use of
the Parish Hall then proceeded to explain the proposed new zoning
map, various land uses, the zoning ordinance, the various light and
heavy industrial areas eto. at the same time having attorney Ambrose
read the uses permitted in eaoh zone.
petetion was presented by residents of Alden Park Village
requesting that the land immediately west of Alden Park Village,
extending to the east boundary of erection 29, be listed on the
proposed new zoning map as R-1-b instead of A-g-l-B . This land
eferred to is platted in blocks of two ore more acres and the petetion
das referred to Attprney Ambrose for legal opinion.
The Attorney for the Newman Farms, inc. was present and read a letter
suggesting pertain changes in proposed new zoning map. said letter
attached to these minutes for consideration.
The publio hearing continued until eleven fifteen PM with Ma. ott
taking detailed notes on all suggested changes for the record and for the
consideration of the Planning Board.
OR motion by. G. L. Isbell, seconded by Win. Fanske the
adjourned until call by Chairman Johnston with the dat
tentatively dedided upon.
