Minutes of meeting of the Livonia Township Planning Board,
held Nov. 5, 1945 at Livonia'Township Hall, Wayne County, Mich.
Nov. 5, 1945. Meeting called to order at 9.pm. with all members
of the Board present as well as Atty. J. B. Ambrose and engineer
Iehnston.
Having completed pPeleminary work on the proposed new
zoning map this meeting was called by Chairman Johnston for the
purpose of presenting to the Livonia Township Board the tenetative
new zoning map for their study and consideration before formal
presentation. The text of proposed new zoning ordinance was also
presented for informal study.
Request by petetion with ten signers, that a small store
be permitted at 34500 Pine Treet St. near the Stark School. said
store to use unoccupied nonconforming building. On Motion by
Mr, Wm. Penske, seconded by W. N. Bentley petetion was denied.
Motion carried,
Chairman Johnston explained to the Township Board the
various changes made in the proposed new zoning map. Attorney
J. B. Ambrose read all paragraphs requested by the Township Board.
On motion by G. L. Isbell , seconded by Mr. G. N. Bentley,
meeting was adjourned until next regular mon thly meeting on the
last Thursday in Nov. being Nov. 29th - for 8. pm. passed
