Minutes of meeting of the Livonia Township Planning Board, held
at Livonia Township Hall, Wayne County, Mich. March lath 1946.
The meeting was called dso Order by Chairman Carson Johnston at
7.30 PM. Present a 111 board members.
A petetion requesting changein zoning at the four corners of
Ann arbor Trail & Wayne Road; for a distance of three hundred
in all dtreetions, was read. This petetion signed first by
Mrs. Hattie Taylot end last by Mr. & Mrs. Jack Miller.
This was discussed bat action deferred until after the Public
Hearing scheduled for March 14th and notice of 'said inks Public
Hearing being advertised in lie Townahipts official publication,
the Livonian.
Neat was read and discussed a petetion signed by D. L. Rookelman,
George W. and John G. Lane. Matter was deferred until the Public
Hearing scheduled for March 14th 1946.
A potation in behalf of Mr. Paul M. Spehar wad likewise deferred
until the Public Hearing.
A letter from the Sheldon Land Co. was neat read requesting a
change in the floor area requirements for nan zoned districts
and this matter was a]eo deferred until the Public Hearing.
Secretary Iabalt was instructed to mail poet card notices to
the various petetion Signers advising them of the Public Hearing
and requesting their presence.
No furter official action was take and on a motion by Mr. Wm.
Penske, seconded by Mr. G. N. Bentley the meeting was adjounked
until the nigxt of March 14th, 1946 at 8.00 PM. said meeting
being the Public Hearing advertised a nd scheduled. Motion
