Minutes of the meeting of March 29, 1946 were read and approved.
The matter of building permit to Mrs. Margaret Lynch to ereet a
store building on south side of Plymouth Road, 256.19, east of
Hubbele was discussed and referred to the Board of Appeals.
Mr. Tad Cesarz, 30577 Schoolcraft, appeared to complain of a dog
kannel operated by John Liptak, on nearby property and stated that
odors and noise constituted a public nuisance. 0n motion by G. L.
Isbell, seconded by Wm. Fenske it was carried that this Board
recommend to the Township Board that this possible nuisance be
investigated by the Township Health officer.
The matter of a High School for Livonia Township was discussed
but no motions were made on this subject.
On a motion. by Wm. Fenske, seconded by G. N. Bentley, it was
carried that this meeting be adjourned until Thursday, May 23rd.
