Minutes of regular monthly meeting held by the Livonia Township
Zoning Board at the Livonia Township Hall, July 2, 1946.
Present were Chairman, Carson Johnston,
Wm. Fenske
George L. Isbell
The meeting was called to order at 8.15 PM.
Present were Mr. L. E. Jennings, 51355 Butwell and Mr. E. C.
Melton, 9210 Hix Road, in connection with a petetion which had
been previausly presented to the Livonia Township Board regarding
changing the "Golden Acres" subdivision from R U F - C to R U F -B.
Pursuant to discussion held with Mr. Jennings and 1r. Melton, a
motion was made by Wm. Penske, seconded by G. L. Isbell whereby
it was agreed to have this board kwwk list from the Livonia Twps,
Asses ment field book all residences in the Golden kores Subdivision
and also examine the original Subdivision restrictions and base our
recommendation to the Township Board on the findings of this
examination. Motion Carried.
The minutes of the= meeting of May 23rd were read and
approved without change.
Correspondence between Chairman Johnston and the law firm
of Sehmalzreidt Frye Granse & Frye, representing Walter F. Hawkins
and Grace Hawkins regarding building permit for improvements
to residence on E-1/2 of W 1/2 of SW 1/4. of Section 26, Livonia
Township, was handed to Secretary Isbell to become a part of these
minutes and are filed in the minutes book.
On motion by Wm. Fenske, seconded by G. L. Isbell, meeting
was adjourned with next scheduled meeting called for d.P1d Aug. 8th
1946 at the Livonia Township Hall. Motion carried.
