Minuted of meeting of the Livonia T ownship Zoning Board, held
at Livonia Township Hall, Fenkell Ave. Wayne County, Mich.,
on Aug. 8, 1946
Meeting was called to order at 8.pm by Chairman Johnston,
present were: Chairman Carson Johnston,
Secretary George L. Isbell
George N. Bentley.
A plat was presented to this board by B. E. Taylor Co.,
together with a letter dated Aug. 5, being a request for approval
of "Green Acres" #2 subdivision - said subdivision being a part
of the West 1/2 of Section 23, T-1-S- R-9-E. The above mentioned
letter also requested that the block on the North Side of Schoolcraft
Road, bounded on the East by Hilorest and the West by Flamingo St.
be changed from R U F B to C -1 zoning. On a motion made by Mr.
G. N. Bnetley, seconded by George L. I sbell, it was carried that this
request for change in zoning be advertised for a public hearing to
he held at the earliest convenient legal date.
On motion by Isbell, seconded by Bentley, which carried, ±k
meeting was adjourned subject to gall by Chairman Johnston.
