MCNIECE, SECRETARY JESSE ZIEGLER, MEMBER I:inut es of Regular meeting_ of the Livonia Township Zoning Commission held at the Livonia Township mall, 1,avne County, Mich. Feb. 20th 1947 Meeting was called to order at 8.10 FM - by chairman Johnston. Present were: Casson Johnston, Chairman George N. Bentley, G. L. Isbell, ;Secretary R. G. Rewey, John Ambrose, Attorney. The minutes of the meeting held Jar.. 30th 1947 were read and approved. :Mr. R. G. Rewey was welcomed to the Commission by all other members, !'4r, R. G. Rewey, 29175 Pickford, Route 6, Box 242, Farmington, Mich. has been appointed by the it Probate Court of Wayne County, to fill the vacency caused by the death of LJr. Wm. P. Penske. liar. H. C. Stanley, 3141 schoolcraft appeared requesting information on renting part of residence at above address - (R U F B district) Attorney Ambrose explained to Mr. Stanley regulations applying in kcUFB districts and it was suggested that his. problem should come before the Board of Appeals instead of the Zoning Commission. 'qr. C. Rohn and ;.dr. Geo. Terrill, both of 28615 Rush, appeared regea-ding operat ing a lunch wagon at the SW Corner of • plymouth and Newberg Roads in Livonia Township. They were instructed to apply to the Board of Appeals. petetion from Ida L. Furrow and Joseph Grace, (27504 West ,Seven Road) Requesting a change from R-2-0 to "Local Business" of West side of Inkster from Seven Mile Road North to Pembroke was read and Secretary Isbell was instructed to return the petetion with the suggestion that it be presented to the Livonia Township Board. A petetion was read which had been presented by Donald G. Wilson who requests change from AG1-C to C-1 on the property on the East Side of Middle Belt from Chicago Boulevard to Cathedral ;St0 This petetion uas taken under advisement for consideration at the next meeting of this Board. A plat covering "Green Briar Estates, Subdivision =2" was presented by '. Vida Kelly. said ,subdivision covering a part of the of SEc tion Fifteen. After a discussion by Isbell, seconded by Benti.ey, that tljis Board recommend to the Livonia Township Board that said plat be approved. M,.°,tion carried. A. copy of this motion was presented to the Township Board by Secretary Isbell. 0n motion by Bentley, seconded by Rewey, meeting was adjourned until the last Thursday in March.
