Township Zoning Commission Present - Members Johnston, Rewey, Bentley, Isbell and Attorney Ambrose Meeting called to order at $:10 P.M. Minutes of the last meeting were approved as read. The following petitions were presented to the Board and upon motion of Member Rewey, seconded by Member Bentley they were turned over to Attorney Ambrose who was ordered to prepare same for publication and notice of public hearing. Petition No. 1 - Donald Wilson petitioned that the frontage of his property from Chicago Boulevard south to his south line be changed to a Cl Classification. 7j1, i rP `,fir Petition No. 2 - Joseph Grace requested a change of his frontage to correspond with plot, as recorded in Liber 53 page 77 of Wayne County Records, to read as Cl business frontage on west side of Inkster Road from Seven Mile Road north to Pembroke Avenue. Petition No. 3 -A petition from Alfred Nea.politanoand Ventura Neapolitan and others to change frontage toa 01 classifioation.6 ,/P/7„ 1{,-c<t.be Petition No. 4 - A petition from Marvin Schoenberg, 5043 Allen- dale to change certain pieces designated as follows: From 1 - AG1C to AMAN AC/ ;IS A motion which concerned the Board very seriously was a letter from our good Secretary, George Isbell, who stated that on account of business duties, it would be impossible for him to continue as a member of the Commission. After some discussion in an attempt to persuade Mr. Isbell to reconsider, it was moved by Bentley and seconded by Rewey that the resignation be regretfully accepted, Motion carried. It was moved by Rewey, seconded by Bentley that meeting adjourn. carried - adjournment at 10:10 P.M.
