Thursday, ltpril 24, 1947 Present: Members Rewey, Johnston, Bentley and Attorney Ambrose. Meeting called to order at 8:05 P,M. by President Johnston. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Member Rewey, seconded by Member Bentley, were approved. C motion by Member Rewey, seconded by Member Bentley, was made which was as follows: That the petition by Mr. Schoenberg be enlarged to include that part of. land included in section 10 bounded on the north by Piekford Avenue, on the east by Merriman Rd., on the south by Six Mile Rd. and on the west by Hubbard Road, thence along Hubbard Road, north to Curtis St., thence along Curtis St. west to Brookfield, thence along Brookfield north to the point of beginning and that the area be changed from Ag10 to Ag1B. Carried. It was also further moved by Member Rewey, seconded by Member Bentley that petition dated April 7, 1947 asking a change of zoning of certain lots Nos. 1 to 26 inclusive of.the 7 Mile Super- highway Subdivision located on south side of 7 Milo Road between Irving and Stamford Avenues from RuFc to-C1 Zone. Carried. It was then moved by Member Rewey and seconded by Member Bentley that Attorney Ambrose prepare these two petitions for public hearing. Carried. As a. matter of record it was stated by President Johnston that the Morton Riding Stable Petition. is now in the hands of .attorney Ambrose to be used in. the Weinberg Court Trial. No other business being in order, a. motion for adjournment was made by Member RSey and seconded by Member Bentley. Carried. Adjournment at 9:40 P.M. GNBtmeb Acting Secretary
