ZONING BOARD
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Livonia, Township Zoning
i Esion, held in the ToWnship Nall, Thiureda.y, Sept, 307 1948,
The meeting was called e to order by Ohairmien Johnston at S P ,M,
'Members present: Carson Johnston, Walter Russell, .Robert Rewey
Attorney John Ambrose.
On 'motion by Er. Rewey, seconded by Mr, Russell, the minutes
of the previous meetings were adopted as read;
Mr, Jesse Ziegler was present and requested that the change in
Zoning on property owned by Mr, Lloyd S. Gullen be considered, as
Mr, sullen claims he has as e. three requests for this change, These
letters n.:;ratently had been mislaid.
The change is from ,an R-1-0 requirement to a C-2 requirement
on the property described as Lots 62 to 69, inc., Westmore 8uO—
[?ri7�_.c..l(.'n, )Section 3, on Farmington Rd., North of Seven Mile.
On motion by Mr, Russell, seconded by Mr, Rewey, Attorney
Ambrose was instructed to proceed with the publication of the
above change for Pu.blic Bearing at the earliest possible date.
MrDwight 'orris petitions for a change in Zoning from an
f—G--1—B requirement to a, —1 requirement on property on the corner
of Ann Arbor. Trail s,nd Ann Arbor Road.
On motion by Mr, Russell, seconded by ie r, Rewey, Mr, Ambrose
wax. instructed to nlblish the above petition for change for Public
Hearing as soon as possible,
There being no further business to come before the Board,
• the meeting was adjourned. by Chairman Johnston at 9 P.M
