The meeting va.s c ,lled to order by Chairman Johnston at 7:50 Pei ,
Members present; Carson Johnston, George Bentley, Robert Rewey,

The minutes of the meeting of Sept, 30th were read by Mr,
Bentley, On motion by Mr, Rewey, seconded by Mr, Russell, these
minutes vere adorted as read,
petition for change in Zoning from AG-1 to M'District, on
ght Mile Roam. from Merriman Road west to Osmus Road, was presented
to the Boar&
::fir, Bentley moves that the Hoard accept this petition and:
request Attorney Ambrose to arrange for Public Hearing et the
earliest date, Seconded by Mr, Runse11, Motion carried„
The second. petition is for change in Zoning from R-7-B to-
0-1 on the South side of Six Mile Road from the present 0-1 district
at Inkster Road to Rougeway Drive,
Mr, Bentley moves that the Board aecpet this petition and
request Attorney Ambrose to arrange for Public Hearing, Seconded
by 3$r, Rewey, Motion carried,
T'he; third petition is .nor•c ia,nge from. M-1 to lc-2 on a portion
of the property located North of the Pere Marquette Railroad between
Merriman and Farmington Roads,
vLr., Bentley moves that this petition be accepted and passed
to Attorney Ambrose to arrange for Public Hearing, Seconded by
Mr, Russell, Motion carried -
