Members present: Carson Johnston, George Bentley, Robert Rewey

This meeting was called to consider a, petition of Mr. Nicholas
Banick, fbr a change of Zoning of Lot 549, Eupervisor'e Plat No,9,
from an R tJFB requirement to a C—I. requirement.
hr.' Russell moves that the Board accept this petition and
Attorney
rec uset Atbrose to arrange for a, Public Hearing at the
earliest po.s.ible date,. ;seconded by Mr. Rewey, Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board,
the meeting was adj9urned by Chairman Johnston at 9:20 P,M.
